All kittens are born and lovingly raised in the family home which they share with my family and Our dog Sophie. They are handled daily from birth and by the time they leave they are used to the usual chaos and noises of a busy household. kittens leave home from Thirteen weeks.
All kittens are registered with the G.C.C.F and leave with a Four Generation pedigree. They are fully vaccinated including leukaemia and vet checked twice, wormed, litter trained and leave with four /five weeks instant kitten policy from Pet Plan or Agria. All New Owners are advised to carry this on at least for the first Two Years. Kittens also come with a free Royal Canin Kitten booklet & voucher and a kitten pack including: a blanket with their mothers and siblings scent to help them settle in.​​
All kittens are vet checked at nine and again at twelve weeks of age, new owners are advised to take their kitten to their own vet within five days of collecting their new kitten at their own expense. If at that time your vet picks up a problem and with a full vet report you are welcome to return the kitten to me for a full refund or another Kitten if I have one available. After that time, it is up to the new owner to claim on the insurance put in place, I as the breeder will not be liable for any vet fees once the kitten is in the care of its new owner,
All kittens will need to be Neutered/Spayed by the time they reach six months of age.
If a kitten/cat needs rehoming at any time in its life, I must be notified and I will either take the kitten/cat back or help find it a suitable home.
Viewings can be booked once the kittens are around 8-9 weeks old. 
I politely ask that viewings of kittens elsewhere are not undertaken on the same day as visiting our home in order to minimise any possibility of transmitting potential infections / illnesses.
A Kitten will only be classed As "Reserved" once a deposit has been paid. This is a NON-Refundable deposit unless I ,myself, terminate the sale.
Please note that I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a sale at any time.
The remaining balance is to be paid in full upon collection of your kitten, or a bank transfer would need to clear prior to the collection date. Sorry I do not accept cheques.
All kittens are available to suitable loving homes only. All kittens will be on the Non Active Register, i.e. not to be bred from. A contract will be signed at the time of sale for all of the above by both parties.
